Cso Perspective On The State Of The Nation Address

On Thursday 4th June 2020, the president of Uganda delivered the State of the Nation Address (SONA). This is in fulfillment of the Constitutional requirement under Article 101 (1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Uganda; The President shall, at the beginning of each session of Parliament, deliver to Parliament an address on the state of the nation.
